Community Guidelines

Harassment and Bullying

Do not harass, bully, or target other users. This includes:

• Sending threatening or intimidating messages
• Repeatedly contacting someone who has asked you to stop
• Using alternate accounts to bypass blocks
• Coordinating groups to target specific users
• Creating hostile environments through aggressive behavior
• Baiting or deliberately provoking arguments

Hate Speech and Discrimination

We have zero tolerance for hate speech or discriminatory content. Do not post content that attacks, demeans, or promotes hatred toward individuals or groups based on:

• Race, ethnicity, or national origin
• Religion or religious beliefs
• Sexual orientation or gender identity
• Disability or medical conditions
• Age or any other protected characteristics

This applies to all content including usernames/display names, community forums, bios, trade ads, and messages.

Threats and Violence

Do not make threats of any kind, including:

• Direct or indirect threats of harm
• Threats against property or belongings
• Encouraging violence or self-harm
• Sharing content that glorifies or promotes violence

Threats are taken extremely seriously and may result in immediate permanent ban and law enforcement involvement.

Privacy and Doxxing

Never share someone's personal information without their explicit consent. Doxxing is grounds for immediate permanent ban.

This includes:

• Real names, addresses, or phone numbers
• Email addresses or other contact information
• Social media accounts or usernames
• Photos, videos, or personal images
• School, workplace, or location information
• Any information that could identify or locate someone

Protect your own privacy and respect others'. Once information is online, it's nearly impossible to remove.

Sexual Content

Sexual or sexually suggestive content is strictly prohibited:

• NSFW (Not Safe For Work) material of any kind
• Sexually explicit images, videos, or text
• Sexual solicitation or advances
• Content involving minors in any sexual context
• Inappropriate usernames/display names, messages, or bios

We report any child safety concerns to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement.

Disturbing Content

Do not share content that is:

• Excessively violent or gory
• Depicting animal cruelty
• Promoting self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Designed to shock, disturb, or upset others

Sensitive Topics

Exercise caution and respect when discussing:

• Political topics or divisive issues
• Mental health and illness
• Death, violence, or traumatic events
• Topics that may make others uncomfortable

Keep discussions constructive and avoid using our platform to spread divisive content.

Zero Tolerance for Scamming

We permanently ban scammers. Do not:

• Scam or attempt to scam other users
• Use bait-and-switch tactics
• Lie about item values or rarity
• Steal accounts or virtual items
• Use phishing to gain access to accounts
• Manipulate trades through deception

Important: We cannot restore scammed items or accounts. Always verify trades before accepting and report suspicious behavior immediately.

Exploits and Cheating

Do not:

• Use hacks, exploits, or glitches for unfair advantage
• Discuss or share methods for hacking or duping items
• Manipulate item values through fake trade ads
• Use bots or automation to manipulate the platform
• Create artificial scarcity or inflate prices deceptively

Banned Trade Types

The following trade types are strictly prohibited:

Remember: If it involves anything outside the game's official trading system, it's not allowed.

No Spam

Do not flood our platform with unwanted content:

• Repetitive messages or trade ads
• Excessive emojis, symbols, or formatting
• Copy-paste spam or chain messages
• Irrelevant or off-topic content
• Mass messaging or notification flooding

Feature Misuse

Use platform features as intended:

• Trade ads are for legitimate trades only
• Reviews must reflect actual trading experiences
• Messages are for trade communication
• Profiles should accurately represent you

Do not abuse features or use them in unintended ways.

No Unauthorized Advertising

Do not advertise or solicit without permission:

• Promoting external websites or services
• Sharing Discord server invites
• Recruiting for other platforms or communities
• Selling products or services unrelated to trading
• Posting referral links or affiliate content

Fake Engagement

Do not artificially inflate engagement:

• Creating fake accounts to boost your vouches
• Using bots or automation for views or interactions
• Buying or selling reviews, ratings, or vouches
• Coordinating fake positive reviews
• Manipulating rankings or visibility

Account Integrity

Your account represents you. Keep it authentic:

• One person per account (no bots)
• Accurate profile information
• No impersonation of others
• No buying or selling accounts
• No ban evasion through alternate accounts

False Information

Do not spread misinformation:

• False claims about trades or users
• Misleading information that could harm others
• Fake evidence or manipulated screenshots
• Impersonation or identity fraud

Security

Do not compromise platform security:

• No malware, viruses, or harmful software
• No phishing attempts
• No attempts to access others' accounts
• No denial-of-service attacks or similar actions
• No selling or sharing exploits

Report Abuse

Do not abuse our reporting system:

• No false reports
• No spam reporting
• Provide accurate information when reporting
• Do not threaten others with reports

What We Moderate

Our team reviews:

• All public content (profiles, trade ads, community forums)
• Private messages when reported
• Discord server activity
• Any behavior that may violate these guidelines

Getting Help

If you have questions about enforcement:

• Contact the moderator who issued the action
• Submit a support ticket through proper channels
• Be respectful and provide relevant details

Do not:

• Publicly argue about moderation decisions
• Harass or spam moderators
• Create multiple tickets for the same issue
• Ask about actions taken against other users

Appeals Process

Warnings:

Generally cannot be appealed unless issued by mistake.

Temporary Bans:

May be appealed through our official appeal process.

Permanent Bans:

Rarely overturned; only in exceptional circumstances where clear mistakes were made.

To appeal, you must acknowledge the violation, explain why the ban should be reconsidered, and demonstrate understanding of our rules.

Public discussion of bans or ongoing appeals is prohibited.

Age Requirements

You must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or older if required in your region)
• Comply with Roblox's Terms of Service
• Have parental consent if you're under 18

Legal Compliance

Users are responsible for:

• Following all applicable laws and regulations
• Not using our platform for illegal activities
• Understanding we cooperate with law enforcement when required

Discord Server

Our Discord server is an integral part of our community and follows both these guidelines and Discord's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. Violations on Discord may result in action on the website and vice versa.

Changes to Guidelines

We may update these guidelines as our community grows and new challenges arise. We'll announce significant changes, but it's your responsibility to stay informed.

Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated guidelines.
