Player Reports & Violations

While Bloxtsar actively moderates our platform and takes action against bad actors, we strongly encourage users to also report violations through official Roblox channels:

  • Report In-Game: Use Roblox's built-in reporting system to report scammers, inappropriate behavior, or Terms of Service violations that occur during trades
  • Contact Game Staff: Report issues directly to the support teams of specific Roblox games where trades take place
  • Roblox Support: For serious violations, file a report at https://www.roblox.com/support

Reporting through official Roblox channels helps protect the Roblox community and may result in action being taken against malicious accounts. Bloxtsar's moderation is limited to our platform only, we cannot take action on Roblox accounts or in-game behavior directly.

Welcome to Bloxtsar. By accessing or using our website at bloxtsar.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Bloxtsar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bloxtsar.

2. Description of Service

Bloxtsar is a third-party trading platform designed for Roblox players. We provide:

  • Trade listing and advertisement creation
  • Real-time messaging between traders
  • Community forums and discussion boards
  • User ratings and reputation systems
  • Game-specific trading hubs for supported Roblox games
  • Value guides and trading resources

Important: Bloxtsar is an independent fan site and is not affiliated with, partnered with, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation or any specific game supported on our platform.

3. User Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bloxtsar. Bloxtsar uses Roblox OAuth2 for authentication, which requires you to have a valid Roblox account that complies with Roblox's age requirements. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use this Service.

Account Creation

When you create an account using Roblox OAuth2, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your Roblox and Bloxtsar account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Restrictions

You may not:

  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
  • Share your account with others
  • Purchase, sell, or transfer your Bloxtsar account
  • Use another person's account without permission

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use Bloxtsar in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. When using our platform, you will not:

General Conduct

  • Engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior
  • Post illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Spam, advertise external services, or post repetitive content
  • Use automated bots or scripts without authorization
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or damage the Service or servers

Trading Conduct

  • Engage in scamming, fraud, or deceptive trading practices
  • Fail to honor agreements made with other users
  • Misrepresent item values or trade terms
  • Manipulate ratings or reputation systems

Strictly Prohibited Activities

  • Real Money Trading (RMT): Buying, selling, or trading Roblox items, accounts, or virtual currency for real-world money or value outside the Roblox platform
  • Cross-Trading: Trading items across different games or platforms in exchange for real-world benefits
  • Begging: Repeatedly asking for free items or handouts

When engaging in trades through our platform, you agree to conduct yourself fairly and honestly. Bloxtsar facilitates connections between traders but is not responsible for the execution of trades that occur in Roblox games.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Bloxtsar (trade listings, forum posts, messages, etc.). By posting content, you grant Bloxtsar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Content Standards

All user-generated content must comply with our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Our Intellectual Property

All Bloxtsar branding, logos, design elements, code, and original content are owned by Bloxtsar and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without express written permission.

Third-Party Content

Bloxtsar displays images, names, and information related to Roblox games. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names of Roblox and game developers are the property of their respective owners.

6. Trading and Transactions

No Transaction Guarantee: Bloxtsar is a platform for connecting traders. We do not:

  • Execute trades on your behalf
  • Guarantee the completion of any trade
  • Hold items in escrow
  • Provide refunds for in-game items
  • Verify the authenticity or value of items being traded

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying trade details before completing transactions
  • Assessing the reputation and trustworthiness of trading partners
  • Understanding item values and market conditions
  • Ensuring compliance with Roblox's Terms of Service

Trade Disputes

While we provide a ratings system and moderation, Bloxtsar cannot resolve disputes over completed trades. We encourage users to:

  • Report scammers through our reporting system
  • Provide evidence of fraudulent behavior
  • Exercise caution when trading with unfamiliar users

7. Moderation and Enforcement

Our Rights: We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor user activity and content
  • Remove content that violates these Terms
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
  • Modify or discontinue features at any time
  • Cooperate with law enforcement investigations

Violations and Penalties

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may:

  • Issue warnings
  • Temporarily restrict account features
  • Temporarily suspend accounts
  • Permanently ban accounts and associated IP addresses

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

'As-Is' Service: BLOXTSAR IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
  • Information provided is accurate or reliable

Limitation of Liability:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOXTSAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data or account access
  • Loss of virtual items in Roblox games
  • Damages resulting from scams or fraudulent trades
  • Damages from system downtime or errors

IN NO EVENT SHALL BLOXTSAR'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

User Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that:

  • Trading virtual items carries inherent risks
  • Other users may engage in fraudulent behavior
  • You are responsible for your own trading decisions
  • Bloxtsar cannot prevent all scams or malicious activity

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bloxtsar, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your trading activities
  • Content you post on the platform

11. Privacy and Data

Your use of Bloxtsar is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Refund Policy

VIP Subscriptions: All VIP subscriptions and gifted VIP subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Virtual Items: Bloxtsar does not sell, hold, or transfer virtual items. We cannot provide refunds for items lost or obtained through trades on Roblox. For complete refund terms and conditions, please refer to our Refund Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we may:

  • Notify users through the Service or via notifications
  • Provide reasonable notice before changes take effect

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

14. Termination

Your Rights: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features.

Our Rights

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for:

  • Violations of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

16. General Provisions

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bloxtsar. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations to any party without notice. We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.
