Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Services — No Refunds

All VIP subscriptions are digital services delivered instantly upon successful payment. As such, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes monthly, quarterly, yearly, and gifted subscriptions. Once VIP benefits are provisioned, the service is considered fully delivered and consumed.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund, partial refund, or pro-rated credit. VIP benefits remain active until the end of the current paid subscription period.

3. Gift Subscriptions

Gift subscriptions are one-time digital purchases and are strictly non-refundable. Gifted VIP subscriptions cannot be transferred, reversed, or refunded after delivery, regardless of recipient usage or selection errors.

4. Technical Errors & Corrections

If a payment is successfully processed but VIP benefits are not activated due to a technical error, users must contact support within 48 hours of purchase. The issue will be corrected by granting VIP access. Refunds will not be issued for technical errors, outages, or service interruptions. Support inquiries must be sent to [email protected].

5. Unauthorized Transactions

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and connected OAuth providers. Purchases made through compromised or unauthorized access are not eligible for refunds.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through a bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor will result in immediate account termination. All chargebacks and disputes will be contested with proof of service delivery. Users must contact [email protected] before initiating any dispute.

7. Account Bans & Termination

If an account is banned, restricted, or terminated for any reason, any remaining VIP subscription time is not eligible for a refund. VIP benefits are not revoked solely due to an account ban or termination, but no refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.

8. Legal Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued where explicitly required by applicable consumer protection laws. No other exceptions to this policy apply.

9. Payment Processing

All VIP subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Refunds and subscription changes can be requested through your account billing page; platform authorization may be required for certain requests.

10. Contact & Support

All billing inquiries, technical delivery issues, and subscription questions must be directed to our support team at [email protected]. Support may assist with service corrections but cannot issue refunds.

11. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase governs the transaction. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
