[TRADE] raise grapple hook tv and regular value

I have had one other proof before this. it was 12k+ this is just 12k but grapple is getting more tokens than itts own value in trades, I say this because If you sell obviously it wont get 11 15k but in trades with real weapons yes it will. grapple 5.5k tv 7k rap 11k value for Sakura set 12k tv 11k rap and 30k value. that's an insane op for grapple I told em it sells for 9 10k and they didn't care to try and negotiate js gave me Sakura set so rise it!
