Application for Value Staff.

If any of the baddies developers can see this post, I'm really interested in doing value staff for baddies. However, there are a few questions I'd like to consider and I'd like to hear from your [anyone] opinions. What the requirements for value staff? What makes a good value staff member? What are the main things to look for when constantly keeping the baddies community safe? Are there times where I have to be or not be online? I have other more but I won't expand more on that.
