Trashbin disguise

Can smb explain to me why trashbin is valued so low.? almost like nobody has it. after the trading plaza revamp I haven’t seen a single one in the trading plaza. Also trashbin was very hard to get. you had to get it from that armory truck where freeze gun was first added and the armory truck only spawned every 35 mins. And I’m pretty sure they removed that event after like 1 or 2 weeks because the moved freeze gun into baddies pass. The only reason I could see why it’s valued this badly is bcz of how useless it is.
