Is this a joke or baddies way to make more money

Is baddies really that money hungry to make a weapon mechanic thats already in the game and made the rarity secret to make it seem likes it’s the best thing ever? And I’m talking about the new kiss kiss weapon and love me hate me taser, I’m not saying their the exact same obviously love me hate me taser has more too it and better than kiss kiss weapon but I’m just wondering are they really that hungry or they just playing in our faces but this is just my opinion lmk what yall think about it and what yall think the value going to be??
