people are so rude

VERY RUDE. I didn’t accept their offer my lb for their bathtub board and a small add which is all skins? What am I supposed to do with skins? I tried being nice and they started crashing out when I asked for them to add another skin it would be me taking a small loss in terms of value but other then that do not trade with this person who’s rude they don’t deserve your time! Please vouch them 1 star!
