grapple hook value

I know many ppl are saying grapple hook should be 2-3 value but it definetly should not. Hate to have to use trades for this one but I've only seen ppl giving 9k-27k for it. After its buff it is the best movement weapon and u can escape way faster than loverboard (mind u u can also easily escape loverboard) its also good if ur getting jumped. I think the value of the grapple hook should be 13.5k the same as board but a little bit higher since they're practically the same. (I also think both grapple hook and board should start raise)
