Weapon Skins Should Not be Worth Over 5k

Weapon skins are only cosmetic and don't give players any advantage or make the weapon do more damage. Because of that, they shouldn't be worth crazy amounts like 5K+ tokens or be extremely hard to get. Keeping skins around 1K or less makes more sense since they're just for looks. It also keeps the trading economy fair and stops a simple cosmetic skin from becoming more valuable than items that actually have a bigger purpose.
