NN launcher isnt all that? I dont understand

YES its helpful to have a perm rpg, but I don't understand how its so rare considering how many copies it has. It was originally a weapon in the OP crate, and tons of people got it from Admin Abuse when it had a 5~ percent chance back last December. I don't get how its worth 150k tokens but thats just me ig
