raise grapple hook

grapple hook has been getting 12.5k+ offers multiple times and I just got gravity gun for mine. my friend did hers for two trashbin disguises 2 days ago. grapple hook is very op now that it's infinite and has no cooldown and can easily run away from board and hide in higher places since it reaches higher than board.
