lower spiked boots /nerfed

when i first got spiked boots they did hella damage , now they do a bit of damage but only if u keep stomping and it definatly doesnt do as mcuh as before at first `1 stomp would have gotten them half health now it barely puts them to 75 and it misses a couple stomps
