Rasie slaher claws a little bit / stabalize it (mostly make it stable)

it been pulling mocha rpg (ik mocha is doing shit-) but if mocha doesnt get full value then lower it😭 slasher claws NEED to be stable and normal demand , they are recovering easily right now due to the buff getting popular , its only htt bc of the third hit that boosts u for wtf reason
