Is grim reaper cloak rising ?

I do not know if its just me but recently these months cloak has been rising and the demand now is high so i am now question whether is may be rising especially comparing rap since rap has a major impact on estimating the future value of an item (except some specific weapons which are anomalies). Please tell me if you think this is true too!!
