Is this the rarest skin in the game? (Flame Sakura Blade)

Okay do not attack me for this post! When I was looking for Sakura Blade skins, I discovered this skin called Flame Sakura Blade. The skin itself looks cool but I wonder if anyone even has it because I couldn’t even find one single person with that skin. In my opinion, this might be the rarest skin in the game. Correct me if I’m wrong. What is your opinion?
