Stabilize Scythe

Demand of scythe has slowed down; maybe make it stable, rather then rising.

Yes, i understand i could've got a better deal, but i really wanted heartbreaker style and its been one of my DREAM items. I can most likely get back my scythe by trading other weapons, so don't worry.

Most known traders agree scythe has since slowed down and just isn't the big thing it was a little bit ago.
