water fan

i am biased tbh. i love the fan. it can be worth alot to if we all decide to make it atleast a kitty stanli the damage is the same the range is better it is just slower but like sword and shield and sakura blade it greadually slows u down. it is a goood weapon it ranges from 8-20k tokens at max and value is unstable as of right now some people get 40k+ or they trade it for a weapon like 2k value so it is unstable to trade rn but imo value should be high only 1.1k copies making it rare and its good for something u can buy
