Why low balling for something we want

Honestly iv seen in the baddies community we lowball stuff we want n expect to get it because its low demand but if you want it then why should u be lowballing n not doing the same price ? “ it’s low demand “ “ nobody wants it “ “ it barley gets traded “ ur actually adding onto the fact that u want this low demand item your saying nobody wants it but you want it so think about it why should u lowball for stuff u want ?
