Important Support Changes
We wanted to let you all know that we will be decommissioning our support server and officially moving support directly to the Bloxtsar website through email-based tickets.
This change is being made to create a more organized, secure, and reliable support system for everyone. By doing this, we are able to assist those without Discord.

- Better tracking of support cases so requests do not get missed.
- A more professional support process for account issues, reports, appeals, partnerships and general questions
This also helps to protect users from impersonation, fake staff, scam attempts, or unsafe conversations outside of our official systems.
Going forward, if you need help with Bloxtsar, please use the support/contact option on our website. Our team will review tickets and respond through email as soon as possible.
The support server will no longer be used for active support and will be closed/decommissioned as part of this transition.
